Playing is part of our nature. From a young age we start playing and having fun with our own game, looking for games and toys in what surrounds us. And this leads us to discover, compete, cooperate or simply enjoy. Playing teaches us, regardless of whether it is a more or less formal or useful learning, but it leads us to develop strategies, learn to cooperate with others, memorize and all accompanied by various feelings: from joy or satisfaction to frustration. We can spend hours playing if the game motivates us and represents an achievable challenge. Now let's transfer these ideas to other contexts such as health or sport, the business world or education in any of its forms, from the most formal learning to other informal ones that can occur in the workplace with our colleagues. It can be an opportunity to apply these ideas taken from playing or games to achieve greater attention, dedication, motivation, etc. in these contexts.License
