This research work aims to analyze and understand an art exhibition system, specifically focused on sculpture, located outside of normalized exhibition environments. This reflection is carried out considering the different artistic disciplines necessary: scenography, typographic design, plastic arts and design, as well as visual merchandising. The process of studying each of these concepts of art will be essential to consider that the glass windows that some brands show us, accessible to all passers-by, are true scenarios in which to contemplate art. The artistic techniques complement each other, sculpture being one of the most prominent and one that has evolved the most. Therefore, among all the strategies commonly used in window design, this discipline has been selected as the object of study for this research. Finally, this thesis aims to locate the most relevant brands today where sculptural works are used as display and decorative objects, giving meaning to the scenes recreated in their shop windows, and thus find out how they have evolved to the present day and who their creators were.
